Mobile token
A mobile token is a more advanced alternative to the use of hardware tokens. Implemented as iOs and Android apps, a mobile token enables a client easy and safe system authorization and transaction signing.
For log in, clients use time-sensitive one-time codes. One-time codes are generated based on the client’s personal keys uploaded into the token app after registration.
When signing payments, the code is also generated based on payment details entered to the application through scanning the QR-code. An important feature of this case is that transaction data are displayed on the device’s screen in the token app itself. Thus, a client can be certain of the parameters of the payment confirmed, which is a mandatory PSD2 requirement.
Access to the token app is protected by a 6-digit PIN code which is set by the user at first launch. Token does not require Internet connection: the operation is completely offline.
